Mollie Cudmore, LCSW
It is an honor to journey with individuals who want guidance through life’s obstacles. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with individuals to meet their personal successes. I believe the true essence of therapy is listening to one’s story, strategizing what is working, and navigating through what is not. You are the expert of your life and I am the guide. I love being curious, asking clarifying questions and watch clients be successful.
I provide telehealth services. Telehealth EMDR trained. Grief processing and depressive/anxiety reducing modalities.

Katie Roy, LCSW
I enjoy working alongside individuals to help them access healing, hope, and clarity. Carrise Murray, CSWA
As a mental health therapist, I provide compassionate and evidence-based support to individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, and life transitions. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, understand their experiences, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. My approach is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.
People sometimes get stuck, knowing they want something different but not knowing which direction to go. They desire better, they know they have so many strengths and abilities, they want to get back to or towards the best version of themselves.

Elijah O'Lear, CSWA
I am passionate about helping people make sense of their stories, find meaning in their pain, and experience healing both within themselves and in their relationships. I believe that true growth often begins by looking back before moving forward. Each of us carries wounds, grief, and unmet expectations that shape who we are and how we relate to others.
My goal is to walk with you as you explore your unique story—honoring both the hard parts and the best parts—and integrate it into who you are today. I believe the painful parts of our stories, when cared for well, can become powerful sources of transformation, healing, and hope.
As a Christian, I am able to integrate faith into the counseling process for those who desire it, but I also value meeting people exactly where they are, creating a space of respect and openness for each person’s journey. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who have a deep desire to grow and are ready to engage fully in the work of therapy.
I draw from a range of approaches, including Narrative Therapy, CBT, Strengths-Based, Solutions-Focused, Person-Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I work with individuals and couples (ages 12 and up), offering a compassionate and personalized approach to each person and their goals.
